During the 2019 Chinese New Year holiday, the almost two weeks off from our jobs in China, my girlfriend and I decided to do something a bit different. The plan, we would travel by motorcycle from Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam halfway down the country southbound to the city of Da Nang, about 1,000 kilometers away.
